Yes, after having spent years in a "PDF bubble", developing and testing behind closed doors, we finally printed our first roll-up and flyer and entered the IRL – joining Vitalis 2025. It is considered the largest eHealth expo in Scandinavia, and indeed, it was crowded. We are overwhelmed by the positive response. Actually, not surprised as we have had good responses since day one, but showcasing our ideas to random visitors, colleagues, and even "friends within the same field" was truly confirming. During four intensive days, stakeholders in healthcare – from authorities and decision-makers to nurses and startup founders filled the hall in Gothenburg. More than 6,500 participants, 700 speakers, 450 program items, and nearly 200 exhibitors made Vitalis 2025 the meeting place and insight arena that the organizers and all of us there had hoped for.

Our step-saving concept has now been launched. Our soft values have been widely shared and understood, and our hard facts have been noticed and received. A long list of names and connections will be dealt with in the coming days and weeks. Stay tuned for more... And the winners are... Our competition was a popular conversation starter – how many steps are saved by differentiated alarms compared to not knowing why patients are calling for help? Visitors counted the balls in our jars and guessed. What can the saved time be used for in terms of compassion and less stress? How much is it worth on an everyday basis for all involved? The three closest guesses of a number of balls in the jar, times 50 steps, was to win a book about how to make people feel welcome, by author Jan Gunnarsson. The right number was: 117 balls = 5.850 steps Not three, but four winners will receive the book. Two people guessed 6.000 steps and will share the first place, and then number two and three guessed 6.100 and 6.150 steps. The winners and all competitors will be contacted in the coming week.
