The test involves a few nurses and a few patients (as many as you feel suitable) and last for up to one month. After the test period, we will collect your feedback and upgrade your hospital to our beneficial Early-Bird License Plan for the first year.

The step-saving app?

The example below shows you how Helpingly can save up to 50% of your steps and time by simply knowing why the patient called for help. You will gain valuable time for better service and more smiles from your patients. On our end, we will receive valuable feedback from you, your colleagues, and your patients. That means crucial input for us that we will use to develop an even better Helpingly platform.

The classic Beep-alarm on the wall does not indicate why the patient called for help or what she or he needs. You have to walk in, walk out to fill a glass of water, walk in again to the patient, and walk back again.

The new Helpingly Ping-alarm tells you that the patient wants a glass of water. You fill a glass, walk into the patient with a little extra time for a smile and a chat, and walk back again. No matter if it was 50 steps or more to walk into the patient, you most likely saved around 50%.

How to start:

First step is to sign up for the Early-Bird Test Offer below. We will then contact you for a first chat about how the test could best be performed at your department or hospital. It is an easy start as no sensitive patient data is needed to get started – we only need the room and bed number. Here is what will happen next:
 

  1. INSTALLATION – We visit your hospital to set up the Helpingly platform for your Helpers (staff/nurses), Helpees (patients), and Admins (staff/nurses). We will simply use an open Guest-Wifi or 4G/5G mobile network – no sensitive data is being collected.
     

  2. ONBOARDING – We introduce the platform and app and run a simple test together with your staff, so everybody feel comfortable.
     

  3. CONNECTING PATIENTS – You invite a number of patients to participate in the test, and those who are willing to do so are connected to the platform (anonymously) and nurses participating in the test.
     

  4. FAMILIARIZATION – Each patient will be offered a simple step-by-step Helpingly Introduction so they also feel comfortable using the platform on their handheld devices.
     

  5. FEEDBACK – After the test period, we will collect the feedback.

To get you formally started, an Early-Bird Test License Agreement needs to be signed (see our short form summary).

Early-Bird License Plan
